Customer Notes and Service Charges: 1.If the product to be repaired contains stored data, please back it up yourself in advance. 2.Out-of-warranty products may incur inspection or repair charges based on the situation. 3.Battery leakage or over-discharge is considered human-caused damage and is not covered under warranty. 4.For out-of-warranty defective items, repair or part replacement will be charged reasonably depending on the condition. 5.If you decline repair after quotation, an inspection fee of NT$800 will be charged. 6.For repair costs under NT$3000 (including unrepaired items), return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. 7.Basic inspection fee includes: use of engineer’s equipment, testing instruments, standard components for calibration, time spent, etc.
